In 2016, former COO Christoph and, to this day, friend and mentor of CEO Thomas, hired the first psychologist at LEAP/. The motivation for this came from a memory from Christoph's MBA studies at Chicago Booth. It was here that he heard about nudging for the first time in a lecture given by current Nobel Prize winner Richard Thaler. Since then, psychological principles have served as a cornerstone of our work.

In 2015, both agencies decided to merge in order to be able to holistically optimize the customer journey by combining search engine optimization and conversion optimization. For customers, sustainable sales growth should be generated even more effectively by merging disciplines.
