Principal Business Development (m/f/d)

Reporting directly to the CEO | Remote or Berlin

Your role

As Principal Business Development, you are spearheading our growth. In this position, you are not an administrator, but a top-class seller personality with Hunter DNA who leads complex B2B deals to success at C-level level. You act as an entrepreneurial partner for our new customers and report directly to our CEO in this strategically decisive role.

Your tasks

  • High-ticket closing: You are responsible for the entire sales cycle for deals with a volume of 100,000€ up to seven-digit annual sales.
  • C-level communication: You negotiate confidently with CEOs, CMOs and heads of digital, particularly in the e-commerce, finance, telecommunications and energy providers industries.
  • Strategic acquisition: You use our excellent database and brand recognition to specifically raise outbound potential and convert inbound leads.
  • Full-cycle management: From initial qualification to strategic pitch to final contract negotiation and closing, everything is in your hands.
  • Brand ambassador: You represent LEAP/ at top events, conferences and trade fairs in the digital industry.

Your profile

  • Track record: You have at least 5 years of experience in selling new customers and have a verifiable track record in closing high-ticket deals.
  • Industry know-how: You have a deep understanding of online marketing, SEO and conversion optimization.
  • Hunter DNA: You have a strong focus on closing and have a particular strength in the area of outbound.
  • Personality: You feel comfortable in an agile work environment that operates at high speed and, above all, remotely.
  • Language skills: You are fluent in German and English.
