Your responsibilities

  • Managing and further developing SEO and GEO strategies with a clear focus on measurable growth in visibility, traffic, and conversions
  • Responsibility for the performance of your client projects, including goal definition, prioritization of measures, and continuous success monitoring
  • Proactive identification of growth, stabilization, and scaling potential across traditional search engines and AI-based search systems
  • Strategic consulting and regular performance reviews with clients up to the decision-maker and C-level, including clear KPI-based recommendations for action
  • Analyzing, classifying, and resolving critical performance deviations (e.g., core updates, traffic or AI visibility losses)

Your profile

  • You have a proven track record of successfully steering SEO and GEO projects toward growth, stabilization, or scaling, and achieving sustainable performance results
  • You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in independently managing demanding SEO client projects in an agency or in-house environment
  • You work with a consistent KPI-driven approach and can clearly align measures with business goals such as traffic growth, lead generation, or increased revenue
  • You are proficient in using standard analysis tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SISTRIX, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to manage, evaluate, and optimize performance
  • You have a deep understanding of modern search ecosystems—from technical SEO and website architecture to the mechanics of AI-based search and answer systems
  • Fluent in written and spoken German
