Part-time payroll specialist
(approx. 10-15 hours per month) (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced payroll specialist to carry out our monthly payroll independently. All billing-relevant data is prepared and provided by HR in a structured way — your focus is on technically correct billing. The role is clearly defined, remotely possible and comprises approximately 10-15 hours per month.

Your tasks

  • Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung und stellst deren fachliche Richtigkeit sowie fristgerechte Abwicklung sicher
  • Du trägst die Verantwortung für die korrekte Anwendung lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Vorgaben und bewertest auch komplexere Einzelfälle eigenständig
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der HR-Leitung zusammen und stellst sicher, dass alle payroll-relevanten Informationen (z. B. Ein- und Austritte,Vertragsänderungen, Abwesenheiten, variable Vergütungsbestandteile) korrekt, vollständig und fristgerecht vorliegen
  • Du verantwortest sämtliche Meldungen an Sozialversicherungsträger, Finanzamt und weitere Behörden (z. B. ELStAM, SV-Meldungen, Jahresmeldungen)
  • Du begleitest Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Durchführung von Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Payroll-Systemen (z. B. DATEV)
  • Hohe fachliche Sicherheit in der Bewertung von Einzelfällen
  • Strukturierte, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Verfügbarkeit: Ca. 10–15 Stunden pro Monat, planbar rund um den Abrechnungszeitraum
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1 Sprachniveau in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit DATEV oder vergleichbaren Payroll-/HR-Systemen
