Two-digit uplifts with conversion design

Our client wanted to win over a new, younger target audience without alienating existing users. Using a multi-stage, user-centred design process, we achieved the following milestones:

  • 20% more sales on mobile devices
  • Modernising the brand

Information about the client

This client has a long tradition and has been in business for almost 100 years, distributing products to both consumers and business customers.

The aim was to attract new target groups without upsetting the regular customers. As this requires a great deal of sensitivity and psychological knowledge, LEAP/ was involved in the project.

Our services

A redesign as extensive as this is simply too complex to be ready-made. We therefore utilised the entire spectrum of conversion optimisation and achieved our goal by taking the following measures:

  • A qualitative analysis of the current situation
  • Use of the Limbic® Map in the UX Audit
  • On-page User Survey
  • A|B testing of the initial design concepts
  • Panel surveys
  • Integrating feedback for the second testing phase
  • Validation of the results
  • Implementation of successful variations

Using these and related approaches, we can push your designs to the next level. Talk to us!
